We are an out-of-network Physical Therapy Practice and our standard rate for a 60-minute, one-on-one physical therapy session is $335. This rate reflects the true cost of delivering individualized, high-level care with Certified Functional Manual Therapists in New York City.
At the same time, we understand that injury and loss of mobility can be financially stressful — and we are committed to offering flexible payment options (sliding scale) if needed.
Sessions are $335 for 60 minutes. Superbills are available, with flexible rates based on need.

$335 | Standard Rate
By paying the standard rate, you cover the full cost of your session. This allows us to provide fair income for our clinicians, invest in ongoing education, and maintain the quality and depth of care KFMT is known for. Patients who are reimbursed reasonably by insurance or who have the means to do so are encouraged to select this rate.

$275, $250, $225 | Upper Flexible Rates
These rates allow us to cover a significant portion of operational costs while continuing to invest in clinical training and development. Patients selecting these rates help maintain the strength of our practice while receiving high-level care.
$200, $175, $150 | Lower Flexible Rates
These rates contribute toward maintaining professional licenses and core operational expenses. They are designed for individuals experiencing moderate financial constraint while still supporting clinic sustainability.
$125, $100 | Deeply Discounted Rates
These rates reflect community-supported care. When patients choose higher tiers, it allows others to access treatment at this level when needed.
Below $100 | Community Support Rates
We offer rates below $100 to ensure care remains accessible regardless of financial situation. We believe healthcare should not be out of reach.
